Shipping policy
UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands)
- Standard delivery: 1–3 working days from order placement
- Delivery hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday(excluding Bank Holidays)
- All deliveries must be signed for — goods will not be left unattended unless specified in writing
- Shipping cost: Shipping cost: Free on orders over £50 / £2.99 flat rate for orders below £50
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day
Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
- Carrier: Royal Mail / DPD / Evri
Delays
- During busy periods (e.g., Bank Holidays), deliveries may take slightly longer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched
Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours at admin@supreme-packaging.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)
